As your coach, I am here to ask powerful questions that will enable you to see things from a new perspective, recognise your own strengths and resources, and to make your own decisions that are right for you. I follow my own core values of honesty, integrity and empathy in my coaching. And during our sessions, I will encourage you to recognise and appreciate your own values, strengths, and skills, in developing your action plan and way forwards.
