Getting Started

Step 1 - Get in touch using the Contact page and let me know what you are looking for.

Step 2 - If appropriate, we will have a 30 minute complimentary 1-1 "chemistry" session. In this meeting we will find out more about each other, coaching in general and also what your specific needs are. There is no obligation following this meeting to continue. Everyone is unique and has varying requirements, and we both need to be sure that the dynamic and fit is right. You can book your complimentary 1-1 using the calendar below.

Step 3 - If we both feel this is a good fit, then we can discuss the type and number of sessions you would like. This could be anything from a single session to a block of six or more.

Step 4 - We will both sign a contract and then we are ready to begin!

Step 5 - Once contracted, you will be able to book your sessions using the online calendar below on days and times that suit us both.

Step 6 - Attend our online 1-1 coaching sessions and make a positive step towards focusing on your development and goals.
